Kora are a family-run business based in Brazil, creating high-quality, artisanal olive oils and vinegars.
The situation
What challenge was our client facing?
Our client was launching a premium artisanal olive oil but had no existing branding or packaging in place. They needed to build everything from the ground up, from visual identity to packaging design, with the goal of capturing the quality and care behind the product. The challenge was to create a brand that felt instantly premium and distinctive, while telling a story of craft, provenance, and elevated taste.

They wanted to launch with a strong, design-led brand that would immediately position their olive oil as premium and artisanal. The goal was to create packaging that not only stood out on shelves but also communicated the quality, craftsmanship, and provenance of the product. They were looking for a visual identity that would appeal to discerning customers, from chefs to food lovers, and establish credibility from day one.
The action
What steps did you take to help them get there?
As part of The Start-Up, we began by developing the logo, colour palette, typography and packaging concept. We then spent an additional Studio Day creating a suite of custom icons and rolling out the hero packaging design across the range.

The final result is a premium olive oil brand with a bold, elegant presence and packaging that feels as refined as the product itself. The clean, crafted design stands out both on shelves and kitchen counters, instantly signalling quality and care. With a distinctive visual identity and thoughtfully designed packaging, the brand is perfectly positioned to make a confident entrance into the up-market food space.
